AI voice agents
An AI voice agent holds phone conversations to complete specific tasks: answering questions, collecting details, qualifying an opportunity or passing the call to the right person. It is not a keypad menu or a chatbot in disguise: it is designed around your workflows, your information and your limits.
Receives enquiries and guides the conversation towards a clear outcome, within the hours and rules we agree with you.
Answers common questions using information approved by your team, without making things up.
Collects structured information and identifies enquiries that deserve human follow-up.
Transfers the call or creates a notification with the summary and details needed to continue.
Actual capabilities depend on the implementation, integrations, configuration and selected voice and AI provider.
Learn moreWhere it helps
This is not automation for its own sake. These are the problems we address most often; it only makes sense if they match your operation.
Demand spikes, out-of-hours enquiries or a busy team. An agent can handle part of what is currently lost, with clear handover rules.
Opening hours, services, coverage or order status. Free up time for conversations that need human judgement.
Details scattered across notes, emails or memory. We structure capture so follow-up does not depend on luck.
Calendars, CRMs and internal systems. We assess what can be connected through the available APIs and what cannot.
Extended coverage where configuration and provider allow, with clear expectations for the caller.
Repetitive tasks that consume time and create errors. Automation can help, but we measure the real cost first.
Use cases
These scenarios are a starting point. Feasibility and scope are confirmed in an initial assessment.
Questions about services, hours, coverage or simple issues, using the information your company authorises.

Not every case fits every sector. If your need is not listed here, we can still review it.
How implementation works
Every project adapts to your starting point. These are the four steps we follow before and after launching an agent.
We understand your calls, goals, systems and service limits. We define what the agent should handle and what it should not.
Deliverable
Case map and success criteria
We design the script, questions, approved answers and handover rules. We review sensitive cases with you.
Deliverable
Script, workflows and handover policy
We connect voice, data and the necessary tools. We test real scenarios, including errors, silence and out-of-scope requests.
Deliverable
Test environment and issue log
We launch with supervision, review conversations and adjust. Continuous improvement is part of the service, using agreed metrics.

Periodic review and adjustments
Integrations
An isolated agent solves very little. We assess which tools should take part in the flow and what level of integration is realistic.
Numbers, routing and transfer to extensions or teams.
Availability, appointment creation and confirmations where the API allows.
Contacts, opportunities, tickets and structured notes.
APIs, webhooks and databases with appropriate permissions.
Notifications to the team or customer through the agreed channel.
Conversation records and useful metrics, with privacy criteria.
We do not display partner logos or claim certified integrations. Feasibility is confirmed case by case and depends on each provider’s APIs, licences and permissions.
Trust by design
A good agent knows when it should not continue alone. We design handover, caller information and data handling from day one.
Clear rules for passing the conversation to a person, with the collected context and without making the customer repeat everything.
We collect only what the agreed case requires and define retention, access and providers before going live.
Callers should know when they are speaking to an automated system and how to request human support, in line with applicable law.
Conversations and errors are reviewed during launch and ongoing improvement; we do not leave a critical flow unobserved.
Limited access, credentials managed outside the code and providers assessed according to the data involved.
We define which topics are out of scope and how the agent responds when it does not know or should not continue.
We do not claim security certifications or universal legal compliance. Regulatory fit is reviewed for each deployment and provider.
Direction of travel
Lurvian begins with AI voice agents as its initial service. Our direction is to connect conversations more effectively with the processes behind them: capture, follow-up, documentation and repetitive tasks.
Workflows that reduce manual work between a conversation and the action that follows.
Connections between tools when an off-the-shelf solution is not enough.
Vertical software for recurring needs identified among clients.
Frequently asked questions
We answer common questions with enough detail for a useful first conversation.
Today we deliver tailored implementations. There is no single plan or self-service button: we assess the case, design the flow and connect it to the available tools.
That is not how we frame it. The aim is to absorb repetitive tasks and free up time, while keeping human handover for work that requires judgement, empathy or a commercial decision.
We define a safe exit: ask for clarification, offer alternatives or hand over. A well-designed agent does not improvise on sensitive topics or invent information.
It depends on your tools’ APIs, permissions and licences. We review this during discovery and only confirm an integration after testing it.
Availability depends on the voice provider and service design. We can plan conversations in Spanish and English, and assess other languages case by case.
We do not publish generic prices or timelines because scope varies. After discovery we prepare a proposal with assumptions, deliverables and specific terms.
Each project defines what is recorded, why, for how long and who has access. We apply minimisation and review GDPR and applicable law; publishing this website does not make us assume compliance is complete.
Yes, where the case allows. A narrow first scope helps validate quality, integration and usefulness before expanding. We decide it with you, without promising results that cannot be measured.
Next step
In an initial conversation we review the case, the systems involved and whether it makes sense to move forward. No generic presentations and no commitment.
